About CME Israeli Shekel Options

CME Israeli Shekel futures and options are traded electronically, virtually around the clock from Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon on the CME Globex trading platform. They are physically delivered contracts with standard quarterly expirations, traded in terms of U.S. dollars per shekel.

The shekel/dollar exchange rate fluctuates according to a managed float and is tied to a trade-weighted basket of currencies including the U.S. dollar, euro, Japanese yen, and pound sterling.
