CME held its first ever Global Foreign Exchange (FX) Summit on January 19, 2005, and the event was a huge success on all accounts. Almost 300 people attended the half-day summit which was held at CME headquarters in Chicago. Highlights included Keynote Speaker Diane Swonk, Mesirow Financial, who discussed her views on everything from the economy and Alan Greenspan to her love for the city of Chicago, as well as an engaging and lively roundtable discussion moderated by Andy Busch from the Bank of Montreal.
