CME Group is postponing the CME Globex Trader decommission until

Customer Moves
Customers that move from one location to another are charged an install fee at the new
location and a delete charge when the move is finalized and the customer authorizes the old site
deleted.
Upgrades
Customers that request an upgrade from a T1 or from any bandwidth to a 20mb Ethernet
connection are charged an installation fee of $2,000.
