CME® TeleSTAT is an automated phone system that provides individual traders the ability to cancel and status CME Globex® orders. After entering a unique ID and PIN, users quickly navigate through the menu prompts to expedite their requests.

To use CME TeleSTAT

1. Dial  312-930-1234
2. Enter your 7-digit TeleSTAT ID
3. Enter your 4-digit PIN
4. Follow the menu prompts to cancel all orders, status working orders or hear executed trade information

CME TeleSTAT is available weekly from 5:00 p.m. Sunday through 4:00 p.m. Friday CT.
