CME Globex Control Center - Trader Support

The CME® Globex® Control Center (GCC) is the CME Market Operations and Customer Service desk for electronic trading on CME Globex. The GCC handles inquiries, issues and support requests from authorized customer contacts for all system components of the CME Globex platform. This includes the matching engine, order routing and market data interfaces, CME Globex Trader® software and the network.  GCC also provides customers with CME Globex order status and, in cases of emergency, can cancel customer orders. GCC services requests by CME Globex Registered Contacts 24 hours a day, from 2:00 p.m. Sunday through 4:45 p.m. Friday. Contact the GCC at (312) 456-2391.

GCC Notification System  

In an effort to keep its customers informed, especially during systems emergencies, CME provides registered customer contacts real-time CME Globex updates through a variety of communication methods, including telephone, e-mail or pager.

GCC notification is available to all GCC Registered Contacts. To sign up for GCC Notification, e-mail gcc@cmegroup.com. Please include your name, company name, CME Globex User ID, clearing firm, phone number and e-mail address. Further information about the GCC Notification system can be obtained by emailing gcc@cmegroup.com.

Existing Registered Contacts may request updates and changes to their messaging account profile by filling out the GCC Targeted Messaging Subscription Form, saving it, and emailing it to gcc@cmegroup.com.
