CME Globex Control Center - Trader Support

The CME® Globex® Control Center (GCC) can assist registered CME Globex contacts in canceling orders during emergency situations, when an order cannot be canceled through ordinary means. Contact the GCC at (312) 456-2391.

To ensure the quickest and most efficient cancellation and order status, the following information must be provided to the GCC analyst:

Required Information 

  1. User ID.
  2. Nature of inquiry (Order status, Cancellation, etc.).
  3. Ticket Order Number (TON).
  4. Account Number.
  5. Path (Important for all except CME Globex Trader®).
  6. API (i.e. CME iLink®, FIX, CME Globex Trader).

It is important to familiarize yourself with the procedure the GCC follows for each order cancellation and status request. Please review the  GCC Order Procedure to best prepare for an emergency request.
