To facilitate the process of connecting third-party trading applications to the CME® Globex® platform, CME provides its customers with a dedicated testing/certification environment. In addition, customers developing CME Globex order entry and market data applications receive development support from CME's Customer Support for Electronic Trading (CSET) group.

To enable CME iLink® application certificaiton in the most efficient manner, CME implemented an automated certification tool,  CME AutoCert.  This certification tool is available 24x7 using your existing certification environment connectivity.  For access to this tool please contact  CME Globex Account Management at (312) 634-8700.

CSET is available from 11 p.m. to 5 p.m. CT at (312) 930-2322. Questions during off-hours can be e-mailed to csetgroup@cme.com. E-mailed development questions are responded to within 24 hours. Please note that the CME Globex Control Center (GCC) should be contacted for all production issues as well as issues with accessing the customer testing/certification environment. The GCC can be reached at (312) 456-2391.
