Now included in every data package, including all quotes-only versions, is the ability to stream data from CME® E-quotes (TM) to Microsoft Excel. Please note the following regarding the functionality of this feature:

• Streaming updates to Excel allows for easy real-time analysis of CME data against any formulas or models built in Excel,
• Data updates in Excel the instant they update in E-quotes. Requires only E-quotes and Excel to be open
• Only requires a very small, one-time download of the application to make the DDE connection to Excel Stream any data elements (high, low, last, volume, etc.) and any contracts, including Market Depth Top 5 (if entitled to this service) to Excel
• Allows for capture and storage of updates to build a sampling of historical data. Please note that this feature is not designed for building historical databases. CME will permit users to capture and store this data, but is not responsible for any gaps that may result for any reason. • Data updates from Excel can be sent to other proprietary programs for further analysis. CME will only provide technical assistance on transporting the data from E-quotes to Excel. It is the user’s responsibility on manipulating the data after that point.
