Thank you for your interest in distributing the S&P Cash Indices. We are
pleased to provide you with an outline of the procedures to become an authorized distributor.
In order to become a distributor of the S&P Cash Indices, one must do the following:
- Obtain a data feed of S&P Cash Indices prices.
- Complete two copies of the
Information
Distribution License Agreement (PDF). (The agreements should be completed in
duplicate and return
both original copies to CME. We will return one copy to you upon approval.
- Submit a written description of your system describing the technologies used for distribution,
entitlement controls, and services provided. Be sure to indicate whether the method of data
distribution of the S&P Cash Indices (terminal or website). For website distribution,
please indicate the URL(s) of distribution.
- Submit an annual report or financial statement for our review.
- Provide promotional material describing your services.
- For website distribution only, please remit the first month's payment for S&P Cash Indices
website fee (see payment schedule below).

The agreement should be completed in

approval.
The monthly distribution fee must accompany all signed distribution agreements. Any
distribution agreement received omitting any required document(s), including the website fee (if
applicable), will be discarded after 30 business days.
