The SPAN Orgmast file is a master product definition file – this file should be updated whenever products are introduced or eliminated, and when contract specifications change. 
Instructions on downloading and executing the SPAN Orgmast file:

• Click on the link to download the orgmast file
• Choose to SAVE the file to the SPAN4\Master directory (wherever you have you have the SPAN4\Master directory installed) –you will get the message that the file already exists, and do you want to override it? -  click Yes
• Go to the SPAN4\Master\orgmast.exe and double click on the orgmast.exe – this will execute and extract the actual orgmast file, orgmast.mst
• A DOS Window will open, also prompting an override of the existing file – choose YES, to override
