The 4th Floor Visitor Gallery at 20 South Wacker Drive is closed to the public. Visitors are, however, encouraged to visit the lobby-level Visitors Center Monday through Friday. It is free to the public. If you are a group of 10 visitors, please proceed to the detailed information below.

CME Group hosts visits for academic and industry groups. Visitors Center Staff schedule tours Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at 141 West Jackson. Call (312) 435-3590 for additional information or to book a tour.

Please note that tours are arranged for groups of 10 or more with advanced reservations that are subject to approval and availability. Student groups need one chaperon for every 10 students.

Tour presentations include viewing a 15 minute film that provides an introduction to the futures industry, along with an overview of CME Group. Specialized groups may receive a more detailed, technical summary of CME Group operations, often involving staff experts who can address specific functions and product applications.

In order for us to accommodate all requests, it is important to follow the appropriate guidelines when arranging visits. Presentations and access to the Gallery is limited to groups of 10-75 people who make an advance reservation. Presentations are scheduled between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 and all tours are conducted at 141 West Jackson, Monday through Friday.

CME Group operates a lobby level Visitors Center and Gift Shop at 30 South Wacker Drive in addition to the CME Group Visitors Center at 141 West Jackson. Hours of operation for both locations are 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
